The Presentation: A Reading From MASTER: THE UNAUTHORIZED AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF MASTER R
The Presenter's bio: There are but a few active members of the leather community, who possess the experience and knowledge of Master R. DomSubFriends are very proud to have him on this evening, sharing his wisdom, and stories of his mystical journey through the SM World.
Master R has been involved in both public and private BDSM activities for nearly forty-five years. He was a professional submissive in NYC in 1969, attended the second meeting of TES oh so many years ago, was in Belle De Jour’s stage show in the 70’s, discovered his dominance in 1978, and has since studied with great Masters and Mistresses from around the world.
In 1993, R opened La Domaine Esemar, now the oldest BDSM training chateau in the world. Nearly thirteen years ago Skin Two called La Domaine “High level BDSM”. It has grown considerably since then. Master R has written for BDSM publications around the world, including SECRET MAGAZINE (where his photographs have also appeared,) MARQUIS, and PROMETHEUS.
He has presented for groups from NYC to Oklahoma, including several presentations for TES and D/S Friends. After all these years, he has written a book about his life, MASTER: THE UNAUTHORIZED AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF MASTER R. The current self published version has met with great success and acclaim.
When the book was published in June, the first reviewer, Miss Adventure, the adult columnist for the Boston Phoenix, called MASTER “the one must read adult book of the summer.” This appearance will be R’s second reading from the book, the first being from the manuscript just prior to the book’s release. This was done for WMPE and was a smash hit enjoyed by all, but no one enjoyed it more than R did. Come and enjoy an evening of ribaldry, intense thought, touching moments, revelations, and insights into a Master who actually built a great, non-fictional BDSM chateau.

Plan to stay after the DSF meeting. Fridays have become hot play nights. Once the DSF demo is finished, the regular Paddles crowd mixes with our attendees, and lots of good scenes and mingling take place.

DomSubFriends meetings are held 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Friday of each month at Paddles. Paddles is an NYC S&M club located at: #250 West 26th Street (Bet: 7th/8th Ave)
Paddles management is gracious to offer all male attendees of DSF meetings a 50% discount (only $20) to stay afterwards when the club opens to the general public at 11 PM. Females staying after the meeting are free, providing they are members of DomSubFriends (or affiliate group); otherwise it's only $10 to stay.
