I've heard the term white slavery before, but what does it mean?
Is it applied any time a white male or female is kept as a slave?

The term dates back to Victorian England where girls were kept ( or even sold by their families) by wealthy men as concubines. Today the term is applied to all ( mostly females) kept against their will ( or willing), but forced by economic cirumstances) into some sort of sexual servitude.
