These are the basic rules if you want to post here...
NOTE: Do NOT use an AOL.com or Cashette.com address for your registration. AOL censors adult communications and is refusing to deliver certain emails, including those which contain the login information you will need to access your account here. Please use something besides an AOL email address if you want to be able to receive your login information from us. Also, if you use a Cashette.com address and have not preapproved our bdsmboard@fetishexchange.org address for sending mail to you, we will delete your account when the confirmation email bounces back to us. The same will happen with any service similar to Cashette. Just do not use those kind of addresses here.
1. Considering the real-time nature of this discussion board, it's impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that we don't actively monitor the contents of, and are not responsible for, any messages except our own which are posted on this board.
2. We don't vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any messages except our own which are posted to this board, and we're not responsible for the contents of those messages. Messages express the views of the authors of the messages, not necessarily the views of the Fetish Information Exchange (FIE) or any entity associated with it.
3. By using this service you agree that you won't use this board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, hateful, harassing, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by the FIE.
4. Messages should be on-topic for the forum in which you post them. Although the FIE doesn't and can't review all the messages posted, and isn't responsible for the content of any of these messages, we reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever. Please be sure to post personal ads, partner-wanted, or any other "looking for someone" ads *only* in one of these three forums: People looking to meet others, or Swinging and Swapping, or Professional BDSM Resources (if you are offering professional services). We are forewarning you here that board moderators will delete anything which seems to be a personal ad that we find anywhere outside those three forums.
5. Please don't cross-post into multiple forums. Decide which forum your post belongs in and post it in only that one forum. If you don't receive any helpful replies in a reasonable amount of time, and you think your post would have gotten more response in a different forum, just let us know and we can move it for you.
6. As usual, you remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Fetish Information Exchange, Infopop, Inc. (the makers of the bulletin board software), and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).
Please note that blatant advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate on this discussion board. We also do not discuss scat play (playing with feces), sex with underage partners, and we don't allow hate speech or threats. On the other hand there is a huge latitude of things you can post about here and if your post is on-topic but also reasonably mentions your business, for instance in your signature, then it's welcome here.
Any user who feels a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us by email. We have the ability to remove truly objectionable messages and we'll make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. Also please understand that just because you don't personally like a particular message that doesn't mean we'll agree the message should be removed.
